Law N° 25.972. Public emergency.
The timeframe stated in article 1 of law 25.561 which declares a state of
public emergency in all social, economic, administrative, financial and currency Exchange is hereby
deferred. The dispositions of amendment law number 25.790 which regulates on the state of national
sanitary emergency set forth in executive order number 25.561as well as any modifying
laws/regulations is hereby deferred until the unemployment rate as stated by the INDEC is lower
than 10%. In all cases of settlements, either judiciary or non judiciary, as set forth in laws
number 24.522, 25.561, 25.563 and 25.589 and their deferrals, judiciary costs will be calculated
over the final amounts and the AFIP will grant payment options on those rates of up to 10
years. |
